When choosing a book the attraction always first comes from the cover,
it's what will captivate your readers and urge them to buy your book.
My role here is to help you seduce your readers by creating the perfect cover to suit your amazing story.
The designer
I’m Maude (Makerva is my nickname), a born and raised Canadian who's a self-taught digital artist since 2005. I started specializing in book covers design in 2018 and I've been hooked eversince but my passion for books come a long way; being an introverted child I grew up surrounded by wonderful universes in the many books I owned that ranged from witches to ghosts or even vampires stories. It helped me build my creative imagination which played an important role when I developed a passion for drawings and arts.
My preference in imagery are more PNR, UF and Fantasy oriented but I'm open to other genres aswell.
I’m a photo manipulator but I also do some digital painting on my pieces.

I was published in a Sci-Fi/Fantasy/High Fantasy literature magazine "Brin d'Éternité #54" in autumn 2019.

CONTACT
I will contact you to discuss the details of your cover. For a custom design a non-refundable 50% of the total price deposit is required to secure your slot, it will be deducted of the total price from the final invoice.
DESIGN
Once I received the deposit, I will start the first draft, I'll keep you informed with the stock used and will send you a rough draft which once approved, will be turned into the final design.
DELIVERY
Now that the revisions are done, you've approved the watermarked version and have paid the final invoice I'll send you the cover in the format of your choice.
