What genres do you specialize in?

My preference in imagery are more PNR, UF and Fantasy oriented but I'm open to other genres aswell.
Do you use AI softwares like Midjourney to generate images for your book covers?

I do not use AI softwares to generate stock images for my covers. I do not use AI generated images from stock photo websites either.
Do you sell your premade book covers only once?

Yes, when you buy a premade from Makerva Digital Art you get the total exclusivity of the cover.
Do I have to credit you inside the book?

I do requires a cover design credit to appear in my client’s book (digital and print) as such: "Cover Design by Makerva Digital Art" and if there's space for it the link to my website "makerv4.wixsite.com/makerva", thank you!
Can I, or another designer, edit a cover you have designed?

No, my covers (premades & customs) may not be altered by anyone other than me. If you need modifications on the cover I've designed for you, feel free to contact me and I'll edit it for you. (Fees may apply)
If I buy an ebook cover, can I upgrade this to a full wrap later?

Absolutely, you can add a paperback at any time after your purchase. Once you have all your print specs in order, just contact me and I'll make the changes. The turnaround for the change from ebook to a print-ready is 1 week so make sure to contact me prior your due date.
What is your timeframes for a premade, custom, paperback or add-on?

Premades: Usually I'm able to deliver it the same day you buy it but it can take up to 3 business days depending of the busyness of my schedule. Customs: It always depends on the complexity of the design and my schedule (I'll keep you inform throughout the process). If I cannot deliver the design at the time we've planned (other bookings), I'll inform you in advance. The usual timeframe for a custom (with a moderate complexity) is around 14 days. Paperbacks & Add-Ons: Also depends of the complexity or the design and my schedule. It can vary from 3 to 14 working days depending on the busyness of my schedule.
Will you deliver the blank artwork of the ebook?

I do not deliver raw layered files (PSD files) due to copyright issues. The only format provided is PDF, JPG and PNG files. Upon request, I can provide you the flattened blank artwork (without texts) & flattened title. Receiving the blank artwork will incur an extra fee (see my prices) and does not constitute a transfer or copyrights. Keep in mind that the purchase of a blank artwork is to be used for marketing purposes only and that the purchase constitute an agreement to abide by the terms of the standard license (see License comparison) from the third-party stock provider who supplied the stock images used in the cover.
How do you handle payment?

The only payment method accepted is by Paypal, I accept all currencies but be aware that there is an exchange rate so the price (all my prices are in USD) may vary depending on that.
Do I have to pay for the images used?

No the price of the images used is include in the price of the package you choose. Unless you asked for a specific image(s) from a site other than depositphotos.com. If the said image(s) is expensive, then an extra fee will incur.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For a cancellation, if I haven't started the design just let me know and I'll cancel it. You can get a refund if and only if I haven't started your custom book cover design yet, once I've started there will be no refunds. For the premade covers all sales are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
